The CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend is a pre-combined peptide that pairs two complementary growth hormone–releasing agents in a single vial. CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Mod GRF 1–29, is a GHRH analog that primes the pituitary to release GH. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-mimetic (GHRP) that triggers the actual GH pulse.
Together they produce a synergistic effect: the GH output of the combination is significantly greater than either peptide used alone. This blend simplifies dosing by eliminating the need to reconstitute and draw from two separate vials.
The two peptides work through different but complementary pathways:
The blend is administered via subcutaneous injection on an empty stomach. Each dose delivers both peptides simultaneously:
| Protocol | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 100 mcg each | 2–3x daily | Fasted; morning, pre-workout, bedtime |
| Sleep-focused | 100 mcg each | Once nightly | 30 min before bed, empty stomach |
| Aggressive | 200 mcg each | 2–3x daily | Advanced; higher GH amplitude |
Inject subcutaneously on an empty stomach. Avoid food for 20–30 minutes post-injection. The pre-bed dose is the most impactful window. Typical research cycles run 8–16 weeks.
Supplies: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes (29–31 gauge), alcohol swabs.
Typical research cycle: 8–12 weeks. Results generally reported within 1–2 weeks.
